BURS - Other Withholding Tax Registration

Required for any business that makes payments such as dividends, interest, royalties, management or consultancy fees, or construction-contract payments — to residents or non-residents. We register you for Other Withholding Tax and explain your monthly remittance obligations.

Prerequisites

• Active TIN.
• Details of the payments and payees subject to withholding tax.

Required Documents

• Certificate of Incorporation and CIPA company extract.
• Certified Omang / Passport copies for directors.
• Proof of business address.
