A virtual office gives your business a professional presence at a prestigious Gaborone address without leasing physical space: a business address, mail handling, a phone answered in your name, and a real meeting room when you need one.
What it is
Online businesses, startups and foreign companies need a credible Botswana address long before they need an office. A virtual office gives you that address, someone to receive your post and answer your phone, and a boardroom to meet in, without a lease.
Plot 54368, iTowers North, Unit 5c, Gaborone
Usable as your CIPA registered office address.
Put iTowers North on your website, cards, letterheads and listings, and use it as your CIPA registered office.
Letters and parcels received and notified the same day, then held, scanned and emailed, or forwarded.
A dedicated Gaborone number, answered as your business on weekdays, with voicemail to email.
Meet clients in our boardroom, with hours included on the Professional and Executive packages.

Questions
Yes. Every package includes the use of Plot 54368, iTowers North, Unit 5c, Gaborone as your CIPA registered office address, as well as a business address for your website, cards and listings.
We receive letters and parcels and notify you the same day. On Registered Address it is held for you to collect; on Professional it is scanned and emailed, or forwarded weekly; on Executive it is scanned daily and forwarded the same week.
Because we lend you our address and receive mail in your name, we are required to know who we are acting for. Every virtual office client completes KYC (identity, beneficial owner and the nature of the business) before the service is activated. It is a short form after payment.
You prepay online for 1 to 6 months, or 12, choosing the term on the package's page. We send a renewal reminder before your term ends, and you renew by choosing your next term.
No. Included hours are per month, subject to availability, and do not carry over. Extra hours are P350 an hour.
Tell us about your business and we'll recommend one, or ask about the add-ons and the incorporation bundle. We reply within one business day.
