We handle recruiter’s licence applications under the Employment Act (Department of Labour). Note a minimum bank balance (P10,000) is required.
Prerequisites
- Company registered.
- Minimum bank balance of P10,000.
Required Documents
- Certificate of Incorporation and CIPA company extract.
- Certified copies of Omang / Passports for directors and shareholders.
- Proof of physical business premises (lease or title deed).
- Tax clearance certificate from BURS.
Engagement Process
- Submit enquiry with preliminary information via the product form.
- Receive engagement letter and fee proforma from The Secretary.
- Provide required documents and complete KYC where applicable.
