Prerequisites
- Minimum one director and one shareholder (may be the same person).
- At least one director must be resident in Botswana.
- Company name reservation completed.
Required Documents
- Certified copies of Omang/Passport for all directors and shareholders.
- Proof of physical address for registered office.
- Shareholder agreement (if more than one shareholder).
- Company constitution (or use model constitution).
