Prerequisites

• Minimum three directors, majority resident in Botswana.
• Prospectus or offering documentation if raising public capital.
• Compliance with Companies Act public-company provisions.

Required Documents

• Certified IDs of all directors.
• Draft prospectus (if raising capital).
• Board resolutions approving formation.
• Proof of registered office.
