Registration of a Trust (Master of the High Court)

A Trust is a legal arrangement used for asset protection, estate planning, and wealth management. Registration is processed through the High Court of Botswana.

Prerequisites

• Settlor, trustees, and beneficiaries identified.
• Trust deed drafted by qualified legal counsel.

• Certified IDs of settlor, trustees, and key beneficiaries.

• Schedule of trust assets.
